Sixty-seven new COVID 19 cases were recorded in Syria in the past 24 hours pushing the total cases in the country to 1255 as of 10 August 2020, the Syrian Ministry of Health stated.
The ministry added that eighteen cases has recovered in the past day, the total of recovered so far is 364, the total deaths of patients who tested positive with COVID 19 remains at 52 cases.

The western fake humanitarians continue to impose sanctions on the Syrian people including preventing the Syrian banking system from conducting foreign trade with the country which blocks the ability of the Syrian Ministry of Health to acquire much needed equipment to confront the pandemic, let alone all other healthcare issues including combating cancer.
Syria started testing for COVID 19 in last March with the first positive case discovered on 22 March, the first death was on the 29th of the same month.
