President Assad Arrives in China to Attend Asian Games 2023

President Assad and First Lady Arrive in China to Attend Asian Games 2023

Syrian President Bashar Al Assad and First Lady Asmaa Assad arrived in China accepting the invitation of President Xi Jinping to attend the Asian Games in the Chinese city of Hangzhou.

Accompanying President Assad is a political and economic delegation, the Syrian Presidency announced on its channels on social media.

Syria’s First Couple was received with the formal reception for the delegations attending the Asian Games, Chinese Minister of Trade Wang Wentao headed the Chinese reception delegation at the Hangzhou airport.

The video is also available on Rumble, BitChute, and YouTube.

Commenting on the visit, some Syrian analysts noticed the kind gesture of President Xi Jinping in inviting President Assad on a China Airplane taking into consideration the difficulties Syrian Airways has been through due to the US-led war of terrorism and attrition waged on the Levantine country for the past 12.5 years.

The spokeswoman of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mao Ning commented on President Assad’s visit to China in her daily briefing:

“We believe that President Bashar al-Assad’s visit will deepen mutual political trust and cooperation in various fields between the two countries, pushing bilateral relations to a new level.”

She added: “President al-Assad also attaches great importance to developing relations between China and Syria, and President Xi Jinping and other Chinese officials will meet with him to exchange views in depth at the level of bilateral relations and issues of common interest.”

The delegation accompanying President Assad in this visit will try to survey ways to better the economic relations with their Chinese counterparts, China invited Syria to join the Belt and Road global mega development project and this opportunity would be a proper jumpstart for actual steps taken in this initiative.

Syria’s infrastructure suffered huge and systematic destruction by US-sponsored ‘peaceful protesters’ of Al Qaeda and ISIS since March 2011 and would benefit from the aid and investments offered within the framework of the BRI.

China has stood with Syria in the face of US-led terrorism during the past 12.5 years, it has used its veto power at the United Nations Security Council for the first time in defending another country to prevent the NATO trio at the council from using it as a launchpad to invade Syria similar to how they spread their ‘democracy’ and ‘freedoms’ and their ‘Western values’ in Libya and elsewhere, even though China needed not to use the veto as one veto vote was enough and Russia was using its privileged vote.

China has also provided much-needed humanitarian aid to Syria during the US-led war of terrorism and attrition against the Syrian people, notably in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake of February, earlier this year.

The cooperation on the security level between the two countries was reported yet not officially confirmed especially in regard to the Chinese Uighur terrorists operating among the ranks of the NATO-sponsored terrorist in northern Syria.

China invests in hostile, shaky, unstable, and temporary entities like its large investments in Israel, it makes more sense for the Asian and global giant to invest in one of the establishing members of the United Nations which maintains friendly relations throughout history.

    Thanks for the article
It is true that China has vetoed 10 times out of 17 in its entire history to abort Western resolutions against Syria, but the pages of history and the documents of the United Nations know that the great Syria, firm on principles, worked tirelessly in the United Nations, not only in voting, but in preparing and submitting draft resolutions to restore the seat of the People’s Republic of China in the United Nations, until this was crowned with great efforts on October 25, 1971, with Resolution 2758.

The way that Western Media ran a smear campaign on the
First Lady Asmaa Assad, 12.5 years ago was stomach churning, hopefully those press cretins will receive their reward in hell.

The delegation with President Assad better take the opportunity and break ground on any useful projects seriously and not just think they’re there for the games!
