Turkish Madman Erdogan Setting the Stage for Invading Northern Syria

The Turkish madman Erdogan, NATO’s second-strongest leader, continues his plot to occupy and annex more Syrian land across the 910 kilometers long borders with a depth of 30 kilometers into the Syrian northern provinces of Idlib, Aleppo, Raqqa, Deir Ezzor, and Hasakah.

After facing strong condemnation from Syria, a mild rejection from Iran, and advice not to go ahead with the military operation from Russia, coupled with an orange light from the USA, the Turkish madman is continuing his plots one way or another, if not by direct invasion, then by solidifying the position of his most loyal Al Qaeda terrorist groups over the groups he deems less loyal to him, and through his ongoing plot to Israelize the territories already under the occupation of the Turkish Army (NATO), and its proxy terrorist groups of Al Qaeda, ISIS, and their affiliates.

Beyond returning tens of thousands of Syrian refugees to border areas with Turkey, Turkish Interior Minister Suleiman Soylu looks at design plans of supposed housing projects as if they are in Turkish land and not in occupied Syrian land, and this is usually the performance of the occupier.

He is surrounded by those who see this as normal, but the contexts indicate the opposite. Ankara seems to be setting the stage for its next military operation, on one hand, while the center of gravity in NATO has negotiated new steps, on the other hand, to reap what can be harvested without a military operation or, if necessary, a military operation.

Ankara is trying to win the battle it has been waging for a month, psychologically and for propaganda, and it is not satisfied with the service issue only. To the west, the Turkish army evacuated its posts due to the intensification of the new fighting between the Levant Front and Ahrar al-Sham, the largest Muslim Brotherhood faction in Idlib.

Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) took advantage of its withdrawal to infiltrate the areas of engagement to expand in the countryside of Afrin. The fighting quickly stopped with a strict Turkish intervention. Thus, Ankara was able to test the level of obedience of Jabhat al-Nusra (Al-Qaeda in the Levant) to its decisions and its ability to invest it in its next battle, and it weakened the presence of the Levant Front in the Euphrates Shield areas, which are adjacent to the theater of its imminent military operation, after its rebellion against the leadership of the so-called National Army, which is the umbrella that Ankara does not allow its fighters to fight except under it.

In the absence of any solid understanding with Moscow or Washington about its military operation and its required results, Turkey is arranging its cards, which may open the door to a new escalation that everyone prefers to avoid.

It is clear that Ankara sees the timing as appropriate for a military operation that will further weaken the Kurdish presence on its southern borders, but it is also clear that without a Russian and American green light, Ankara cannot change the scales of the scene in northern Syria, Therefore, it works on the basis of what is not attained all, most of which is not left, until further notice.

Furthermore, such acts could also fall within the meaning of the Genocide Convention.”
