It was not Putin who saved Syria, but Assad who saved Russia

Dear Arabi Souri,

In times of dramatic change, it is important that we keep our feet on the ground and, despite our focus on current events, take note of the background to events, including the seemingly minor occurrences on the fringes of the great theater. And above all, we should not forget the achievements of those actors who have been swept off the stage by the big players.

You, Arabi Souri, are a true Syrian patriot. I have had the honor and pleasure of publishing for ten years on your blog, Syria News.

Yesterday you wrote me a message and reminded me of an article you had written in 2022. As those familiar with my articles will understand, the topics of our conversations have been shaped by the events in the Levant since the war of terror launched by the Western mass murder coalition against the Syrian nation, which, unlike Germany, was sovereign.

The details of this proxy war waged since 2011 by the terrorists of Al Qaeda, ISIS, Al-Nusra, HTS, SDF, FSA etc., created by the Western states and their Arab friends from the Gulf will not be discussed here. Anyone who likes to dive deeper into this topic can study the factual reports and well-founded analyses by Arabi Souri and Miri Wood at www.syrianews.cc.

After the (temporary) fall of Syria into the hands of Western agents in the guise of lovely ‘Islamists’, ‘freedom fighters’, ‘moderate rebels’ – stick the Western label of your choice on these CIA-MI6-Mossad agents – Iran is in the focus of both concerned observers and Western terror princes. On the global terrorists’ way to China, this regional power must be taken out of the way, and besides, the Zionist entity wants to steal a part of Iran for their “Greater Israel”.

I also discussed this issue with you and you replied me: “While searching for the reasons why Iran is cooperating with Russia, apart from the fact that the Iranians do not trust the Russians in air defense or in the supply of enriched uranium, I came across an article I wrote about Assad in 2022, this article is very well worth reading and to be found here: How Did the Syrian President Assad Tilt the Global Power?”

The success of the anti-Syrian conspiracy of the USA, NATO, the EU, Turkey, Russia, Israel, Al-Saud, Qatar and the UAE eliminated Syria as an actor in the anti-imperialist resistance movement in December 2024, and by that (temporarily) achieved one of the conspirators’ main goals. Despite this – or precisely because of it – the article on the Syrian position in the Middle East power structure and the reasons for the terror war launched against Syria with the aim of regime change provides important information.

This article from the year 2022, two years before the fall of Damascus into the hands of the Western puppets, has not only revealed to me knowledge about the background to this brutal proxy war of the cowardly terrorist West against a peaceful nation, once again, I had to realize how perfidious the conspiracy against mankind is. This conspiracy, which the ignorant masses of the West either cannot see because they mindlessly consume the hollow garbage of the media controlled by the plutocracy all day long, or, against their better judgment, do not want to see in order not to have to leave their comfort zone built on opportunism and self-deception, is real.

For the interests of a small, rootless clique, this global conspiracy has devastated entire countries, killed millions of innocent people, and plunged countless millions more into misery. The cost of this cabal’s wars has eroded the prosperity of the peoples of the West, uprooted millions of refugees and destabilized the European nations affected by the influx of migrants and the monetary cost of wars. And still our critics claim that none of this followed a larger plan! Well, they know better, and the reason they deny the obvious is to be found in their wallets.

The genocide of the Palestinians before the eyes of the world is the most powerful evidence of both the monstrous evil of this wicked gang as well as their total control of all Western governments and media. The rulers in Moscow, who appear to be serving foreign interests and deliberately betraying allies for dubious deals with Russia’s archenemy, as well as the Iranian leadership, which seems to be inflitrated by either naive or treacherous elements, could, of course, refute the account given here based on evidence. The fact that we only get half-baked and outright lies at best from Moscow on the Syrian cause (see: Fairy Tales from Moscow) should ring a bell.

In this respect, I am grateful to you, Arabi Souri, for your reminder of the background to the war of terror against your nation and the effect of betrayal and only reluctant support by the supposed allies.

With your work since 2011, you play a vital role in spreading information to people outside of Syria and the Levant, and by that, you serve your nation. How much more can be asked of a man?
