DAMASCUS, (SANA) –Terrorists targeted on Sunday the building of the General Establishment for Printing in Damascus with a mortar, causing a fire that inflicted damage on the machineries.
A source in the Ministry of Education told SANA reporter that the terrorist act caused fire and damage to trucks transporting books and buses carrying workers due to fuel leakage and shrapnel, injuring two workers.
Minister of Education, Dr. Hazwan al-Wazz, stressed that these terrorist acts will not weaken the workers in the educational field, rather they are determined to continue their work, particularly providing the students’ books under the current circumstances and challenges facing them.
