Provinces, (SANA)_The armed forces’ units continued crackdown on terrorist groups, destroying their hideouts and killing big numbers of them in several provinces.
An armed forces’ unit destroyed gatherings for terrorists in al-Hosn town in Talkalakh, and killed leaders of armed terrorist groups.
Border Guards Foil Infiltration Attempt from Lebanon
The border guards foiled an attempt by terrorist group to infiltrate to Syria in the area of al-Mathouma in Talkalakh, Homs countryside.
A source in the province told SANA reporter that scores of the terrorists were killed or wounded, and the rest fled back to the Lebanese lands.
The source added that the Armed Forces ambushed an armed terrorist group in Ribleh town in al-Qseir countryside and killed scores of terrorists, among them were Hassan al-Nahr and Ahmad al-Nahr.
Armed Forces Carry out Qualitative Operation in al-Rastan
A unit of the armed forces carried out a qualitative operation against an armed terrorist group in al-Rastan in Homs countryside, killing all of its members.
A source in the province told SANA that the terrorists Qais Saadeddin, the leader of the terrorist group, Amara Abdul-Kafi Idriss, Nari Ayyoub, Ward Mansour, Ayman al-Zoubi and Bassam al-Ahmad were identified among the dead.
Also, a number of terrorists were killed and several others wounded near al-Baqqara in Aleppo countryside.
A unit of the armed forces seized a rocket launcher, a home-made missile, 7 automatic rifles and two bombs during a raid into a terrorists’ hideout in Maarata village in Khan Touman in Aleppo countryside.
The competent authorities foiled terrorists’ attempt to blow up a Daewoo Matiz car loaded with four explosive devices weighing from 6-7 kg each that was parked outside Aisha Mosque in al-Khalidieh neighborhood in Aleppo.
Armed Forces Restore Security to Housh al-Agha, Housh al-Diwanieh in Homs Countryside
Units of the armed forces pursued armed terrorist groups in al-Saan area in Homs countryside and inflicted direct losses on them.
A military source told SANA that a number of terrorists were killed and injured, and their weapons and munitions confiscated in the operation.
The source added that the armed forces restored security and stability to Housh al-Agha and Housh al-Diwanieh in al-Saan after mopping up the remnants of terrorists in the area.
Armed Forces Eliminate Terrorists of Liwaa al-Islam in Damascus Countryside
An official source told SANA reporter that an army unit clashed with terrorists of the so-called “Liwaa al-Islam” terrorist group in Douma, killing and wounding scores of them.
The source said that terrorists Sa’ado Hasaba, Zakaraya al-Masri, Mohammad Khabyeh, Tayseer Ghazi, Salloum al-Na’san, Imad Ta’ma, Ammar al-Shawwa and Sam Hassoun were identified among the dead.
The source added that scores of terrorists were killed in Harasta farms, highlighting that among the killed terrorists were Ayoub Darqazli, Abdul-Qader Sayyad and Abdul-Razzaq Sayyad.
Another army unit clashed with an armed terrorist group in al-Corniche area in Daraya, killing and wounding scores of the terrorists. Among them were Samer al-Zaqdouha, Mahmoud Habeeb and Abdo al-Farmali.
In al-Zabadani, the Armed Forces stormed a terrorists’ hideout and seized advanced communication devices, RPG launchers in addition to large amounts of ammunition and many machineguns.
In Hijjera, the Armed Forces killed terrorists who were committing sabotage and looting acts near al-Nahda Company.
Another army unit destroyed a vehicle equipped with heavy machinegun and three other vehicles loaded with terrorists and ammunition in al-Zyabyeh.
The Armed Forces also pursued two terrorist groups in al-Bahdalyeh area and killed or wounded all of the terrorists.
The Army Eliminate Several Terrorist Groups’ Leaders in Hama
The Armed Forces killed and wounded scores of terrorists who were committing murder and looting acts in the town of Tebat al-Imam in Hama countryside.
SANA reporter was informed by an official source that the army dismantled several explosives devices weighing between 150-400 kg planted by terrorists in several streets in the town.
Army Seizes Locally-Made Missile, Weapons in Aleppo Countryside
An army unit stormed a terrorists’ hideout in Ma’rata town in Khan Toman, Aleppo countryside.
An official source told SANA reporter that a locally-made missile, 7 machineguns, 2 hand grenades and a locally-made missile platform were seized during the operation.
The source added that the authorities dismantled 4 explosive devices planted by terrorists in a Daewoo car, adding that the weight of the IEDs ranged between 6-7 kg each.
The car was parked in front of Aisha Mosque in al-Khaldyeh area in Aleppo.
Another army unit clashed with an armed terrorist group in al-Bakara area, killing and wounding scores of terrorists.
The army also clashed and eliminated scores of terrorists in the areas of al-Meslmyeh, al-Sheikh Fares, Hreitan and al-Sheikh Said in Aleppo countryside.
The source added that another army unit totally destroyed terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts in the towns of Mi’rata, al-Atareb and Qebtan al-Jabal, killing and wounded all of the terrorists.
In Aleppo city, the Armed Forces continue pursuing terrorists, inflicting heavy losses upon them in the areas of Karm al-Qatarji, al-Lairmaon, al-Inzarat, al-Kallaseh, Bustan al-Qasr and Bani Zaid.
Terrorists Storm Ibn Khaldoun Hospital, Assault patients
Armed terrorist groups on Friday stormed Ibn Khaldoun Psychiatric Hospital in the area of al-Dwirinyeh in Aleppo countryside.
An official source told SANA reporter that the terrorists assaulted the patients and the staff, adding that a number of patients were kidnapped.
Terrorists Killed, Others Injured in Car Bomb in Idleb Countryside
A number of terrorists were killed and several others injured when a car they were loading with IEDs blew up in Maaret al-Nouman in Idleb countryside.
An official source told SANA that 7 terrorists were killed in the blast.
A unit of the armed forces carried out a qualitative operation on the outskirts of al-Mastouma town in Idleb countryside, killing and injuring several terrorists.
SANA quoted the source as saying that the terrorist Ahmad Daaboul was killed in the operation.
Terrorists also blew up an IED in a garbage can near Maatouk bakery in al-Tahtanieh Sqaure in Idleb city.
SANA quoted a source in the province as saying that the citizen Samir al-Jabra who happened to be passing by died of wounds he sustained in the explosion.
An army unit seized large amounts of weapons and ammunition in the town of al-Rami in Jabal al-Zawya in Idleb countryside.
An official source told SANA reporter that among the seized weapons were machineguns, rifles, RPG launchers, offensive hand grenades, IEDs and an amount of ammunition.
The source added that another army unit clashed with and eliminated terrorists in the areas of Taftanaz, Ta’oum and Wadi al-Daif, adding that terrorists Ahmad al-Byour, Hatem al-Jaber and Bahaa Eddin al-Absi were identified among the dead.
Engineering units dismantled 4 explosive devices weighing between 60-70 kg each planted by terrorists on Idleb-al-Mastouma highway.
One Citizen Martyred, Another Injured in Terrorist Attack Near Petrol Station in Daraa Countryside
An armed terrorist group attacked citizens near a petrol station near Qarfa village in Daraa countryside. A citizen was martyred and another injured.
An informed source told SANA that the attack caused the martyrdom of the citizen Houssam Ghazali and the injury of his father Fayez, while the terrorists kidnapped the citizen Jalal Ghazali.
