Syrian Military: Army gains control over 3 areas in countryside of Lattakia (Latakia).

According to the statements of a source from the Syrian military, the operative units of the Syrian Arab army (SAA) in the province of Lattakia (Latakia) were again able to gain the full control over three more areas in the northern part of Lattakia’s countryside.

These successful military operations follow the recent gains of the Syrian army in the countryside of Lattakia (Latakia) and the important strategically victories against the foreign-backed terrorist groups in the countryside near the Syrian coast and the Latakia mountains.

The military source from the Syrian Arab army (SAA) said that the units of the army were able to regain the control over the areas of Tal Doreen, Tal a-Batish and Roto Mountain in the northern countryside of Syria’s province of Lattakia (Latakia). So, further areas in the countryside of Lattakia are finally again under to control of the Syrian army.

In recent days, the military operations of the Syrian army units in the northern countryside of Lattakia (Latakia) have been very successful and the units of the Syrian army were able to regain the control over many Syrian villages in the countryside of the known Syrian city, Lattakia.

Several clashes between the Syrian forces against the foreign-supported terrorist groups in the countryside of Lattakia (Latakia) were quite intense, but the majority of losses were so far on the side of the jihadists and terrorists in the region.

In addition, the liberation of the areas of Tal Doreen, Tal a-Batish and Roto Mountain in the northern countryside of Lattakia (Latakia) is a further sign that the foreign-backed terrorist groups are more and more in a desperate situation and seem unable to maintain a hideout or headquarter against the attacks of the Syrian army units. Further, the armed terrorist forces seem also unable to defend the occupied Syrian villages against the attempts of the Syrian soldiers to push back the terrorists and to liberate the villages again – not only in the countryside of Lattakia (Latakia).

Meanwhile, the Deputy Foreign and Expatriates Minister of Syria, Fayssal Mikdad, said in a new statement that the Syrian government in the capital Damascus welcomes the efforts of the United Nations (UN) and in particularly those efforts which are related to the support for the Syrians, and thus, the works of humanitarian aid and relief for the Syrian people “in light of the conditions Syria is passing through.”

Syrian Deputy Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Fayssal Mikdad, also said that the government in Damascus is willing to offer all facilitations to the United Nations (UN) so that the organization of the UN is able to deliver the humanitarian aid to all the Syrian citizens all over the Arab nation. The Deputy Foreign Minister of Syria made these new remarks during a meeting with the new resident representative of the UN (United Nations) in Syria, Mr Yacob al-Hilo.

According to the Syrian state news agency SANA, the Deputy Foreign and Expatriates Minister of Syria, Fayssal Mikdad, has also pointed out the importance of the ongoing cooperation between the Syrian government in Damascus and the several organizations of the United Nations (UN) that are working on Syrian soil. The Syrian Minister further underlined the importance of respecting the independence and the sovereignty of the Syrian nation during this meeting with the official of the UN.

The UN official, Mr al-Hilo, who is also the responsible coordinator of the humanitarian activities in Syria by the UN, said during this meeting that the UN is willing to exert all efforts to continue the work of the organization in Syria and that the United Nations (UN) will soon intensify the efforts in the terms of relief and humanitarian aid for the Syrian people all over the Arab nation in order to help the Syrian civilians “in light of the exceptional conditions Syria is passing through.”
