Syria: Washington convinced of failure in the Arab nation

Michael Jones: US convinced of failure in Syria.

The U.S. administration in Washington is assured of its failure in the ongoing war in Syria because the Syrian Arab army (SAA), and thus, the Syrian government and President Bashar al-Assad in addition to the majority of the Syrian people are on the road to win the fight against the foreign-supported terrorism within the Arab nation in order to conduct an armed overthrow of the leadership in Syria.

A political analyst told Press TV that the Syrian government of President Bashar al-Assad is on the road to win the battle, and thus, the United States is assured of its failure in the ongoing conflict in Syria.

Eugene Michael Jones, the current editor of Culture Wars magazine (formerly Fidelity Magazine) is convinced that Washington is aware of its failure in Syria. Michael Jones is a well-known political analyst and writer and his former activities as professor. Michael Jones said in his interview with Press TV further that “from the U.S. point of view, this (became) a war (in Syria) that they cannot win.”

The political analyst Michael Jones also said in his recent interview with Press TV that the U.S. administration in Washington is “now backing away” while the secular Syrian government under President Bashar al-Assad in the capital Damascus is “now moving in to clean up the (U.S.-) operation that has failed.”

Michael Jones, current editor of Culture Wars magazine, further rejected the possibility of a reconciliation or cease-fire on the side of the Syrian leadership and President Bashar al-Assad and this rejection by the Syrian government as well as the statement by the political analyst and write Michael Jones is just logical.

The Syrian Arab army (SAA) gains more ground in the anti-terror fights on Syrian soil and also in their battles against the Syrian al-Qaeda offshoots in several regions of the Arab nation. Although some gains come in by very slow progress, especially in the urban warfare in several areas of Syria, it is already obvious that the Syrian army gains more and more ground and regains the control of more and more Syrian villages and towns, not to mention the regions.

For example, the units of the Syrian Arab army (SAA) were able to regain the complete control of the strategically important town of Drusha in the countryside of the capital Damascus. The Syrian town of Drusha is of a strategic importance because of its location on the top of a hill in the countryside of the Syrian capital, Damascus.

The clashes before the Syrian forces has been able to regain the control of the town of Drusha in Damascus countryside were very intense, but the foreign-supported terrorists had finally no chance. Many terrorists and jihadists have been killed or wounded in the intense clashes in the countryside of Damascus on Monday. Others fled.

Already on Sunday, the units of the Syrian Arab army (SAA) were able to eliminate two leaders of the foreign-backed terrorist groups. Abu Zaid al-Almani and Abu Malik al-Shahri were killed in the beautiful coastal province of Lattakia (Latakia).

Of course, some borders of Syria are still holey just like a cheese from Switzerland, and thus, it is no surprise that so-called commanders of the foreign-backed terrorist group, the “Free Syrian Army” (FSA), are able to visit provincial spots in the countryside of Lattakia (Latakia). However, this will change in the upcoming weeks and months.

Failure is no longer a bar to Washington doing the same thing again, and again, and again; the apparent train of thought is, ‘The Law of Averages will catch up with us sooner or later.’ Most people with a healthy mind understand that attempting the same failed procedure over and over, in hopes of a different result, is one definition of insanity.
