Syria: The Centre of Gravity for Terrorists

The spokesman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexander Lukashevich, said that Syria is quickly turning into a real “centre of gravity” for international terrorists (and Islamists) while the on-going battles between the armed militants and jihadists against the Syrian army continues.

Alexander Lukashevich, one of the spokespersons of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said this statement on Thursday.

It is no surprise that the Russian administration does not like the fact due to their own problems with jihadists and religious fanatics in some small parts of Russia. Not to mention that this threat for Russia could increase due to the increasing amount of international terrorists, jihadists and al Qaeda thugs in Syria.

The spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexander Lukashevich, added to the statement that the transformation of Syria into the centre of gravity for international terrorists is becoming a reality and also said that this was a “frightening reality”, which is truly correct.

Already last year, the Syrian government in Damascus presented a list to the UN Security Council (UNSC) with the names of hundreds of people from foreign countries that had been killed on Syrian soil while they were fighting against the Syrian Arab army.

Of course, some members of the UN Security Council knew about this fact already, while the international mass media and NATO propaganda outlets tried to cover this fact and continued to spread the NATO/US propaganda version of the “reality”.

The spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexander Lukashevich, said in this statement finally, that Syria needs to open a dialogue between the two sides of the conflict and that the Russian administration will continue their efforts to speed up the resolution of the conflict in Syria.

But as long as the armed militias, jihadists and al Qaeda-thugs, as well as the pseudo-leaders of this invented external Syrian opposition are not interested in a real dialogue and as long as their real masters in the background, like some European countries, the United States and such Gulf States like Qatar and Saudi Arabia are not interested in a peaceful settlement of this situation, a dialogue will not happen.

The Syrian government and President Bashar al-Assad has always offered talks and even increased these offers in the last months, but these offers were always rejected by the so-called external opposition and the armed thugs on Syrian soil.
