SAA Units Continue to Hunt Terrorists in Several Areas, Authorities Discover Israeli Espionage Equipment on syrian coast

PROVINCES, (SANA)-A unit of the armed forces clashed with an armed terrorist group on the outskirts of Jobar neighborhood in Damascus countryside, killing and injuring several terrorists. An official source told SANA that a number of terrorists were killed and others injured after dozens of explosive devices blew up in a plastics factory that the terrorists had turned into a den. Big fire erupted in the factory and caused damage to vehicles that the terrorists were using in their criminal acts. An army unit clashed with a terrorist group near the Great Mosque, killing and injuring several terrorists. A car equipped with heavy machinegun was also destroyed. A military source said that a unit of the armed forces repelled a terrorist group that tried to attack a military point in Maaloula in Damascus countryside, inflicted heavy losses on it. The source added that all members of the groups were killed or injured, and weapons were seized.

An official source also said that units of the army killed and injured terrorists during operations in Douma, al-Rihan farms and Jobar in Damascus countryside.

The source added that a number of vehicles were destroyed in Douma city and several terrorists were killed and others injured.

Meanwhile, a unit of the armed forces killed and injured terrorists in an operation in a-Rihan farms in eastern Ghouta and destroyed a workshop for manufacturing explosive devices.

Car Bomb Explodes in Ein al-Tineh in Damascus Countryside, All Terrorists inside It Killed

A car bomb driven by two terrorists exploded on Wednesday in Ein al-Tineh area in Damascus Countryside while it was in its way towards one of the Army chick-points in the area. The source added all the terrorists inside the car were killed, and no one of the chick-point’s members were harmed.

Armed Forces Continue Operations in Aleppo and Its Countryside

The Armed Forces destroyed terrorist hideouts in the villages and areas of Rasm al-Abboud, Tal Hasel, Mengh, Maranaz, al-Safira road, al-Nairab bridge, Kafr Hamra and Hreitan, inflicting heavy losses upon terrorists and destroying some of their equipment. In Aleppo city, the Armed Forces continued their operations against terrorists in the Old City up to the south of Judicial Palace and Grand Umayyad Mosque, killing a number of terrorists in the process. Army operations in Aleppo city also took place in the neighborhoods and areas of al-Naqqarin, the Martyrs Cemetery, Hanano housings, Sheikh Saeed, Bustan al-Qaser, and al-Fustuq marketplace, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.

Terrorists Killed in Idleb Countryside, Attempt to Blow Up Car in Ariha Foiled

A unit of the Armed Forces killed in a qualitative operation a big number of the mercenary terrorists and injured others in Abu al-Douhur area in Idleb countryside.

SANA reporter quoted a source in the province as saying that the operation resulted in the killing of a number of terrorists among them terrorists of non- Syrian nationality who were attacking the citizens in the city of Abu al-Douhur and in the villages of Khasir, Tal Salmo, Um Grin, al-Majas and al-Shamatiyeh.

A number of cars, vehicles and weapons were also destroyed in the operation. A unit of the armed forces foiled an attempt by a suicide bomber to blow up a car loaded with 600 kg of explosives on the outskirts of Ariha city in Idleb countryside. An official source told SANA that the car was intercepted upon tip-offs before entering the city. Armed forces’ units also killed and injured terrorists in qualitative operations in Bannish, al-Qnainat, al-Nayrab and around Wadi al-Daif areas. The terrorist Ali al-Rahmoun, leader of a terrorist group, was identified among the dead.

Leaders of Terrorist Groups Killed in Homs

A unit of the army carried out a qualitative operation in Bab Hood neighborhood in Homs city, killing a number of terrorists, among them leaders of terrorist groups. An official source told SANA that leader of a terrorist group called ”Al-Walid Battalion”, Mohammad Ayman Tayyara and the terrorist Samir Zaarour were identified among the dead.

Terrorists Killed in Deir Ezzor

In Deir Ezzor, a unit of the armed forces clashed with an armed terrorist group in al-Salehiya town in Deir Ezzor countryside, injuring a number of its members.

SANA reporter quoted a source in the province as saying that a number of the terrorists were killed including Ahmad Mohammad nicknamed Ali al-Saliki while others were injured.

Authorities Discover Israeli Espionage Equipment on Syrian Coast

After monitoring and investigations, the authorities discovered Israeli espionage equipment in an area on the Syrian coast.

An official source told SANA that after examining the equipment, it was discovered that their functions include wiretapping, photography, recording, and broadcasting information.

Mass Rally in Halat in Homs Countryside in Support of Army

A mass rally took place on Wednesday in Halat village in Talkalakh in Homs countryside to express support to the Syrian army and its sacrifices for restoring security and stability. The participants raised flags and chanted slogans calling for national unity and ending violence, demanding the elimination of terrorists.

They also stressed the important role of the Syrian Arab army and its sacrifices for protecting the homeland.

Chairman of Talkalakh City Council, Akram Kleisheh told SANA that Halat border village has suffered from the armed terrorist groups entering from Lebanon, affirming that the locals have confronted them and prevented them from entering the village.

People of al-Traimseh in Hama March in Support of Syrian Army and Political Program

Despite receiving threats from terrorists who set up explosive devices on roads leading to the town, the people of al-Traimseh in Mahrdeh area, Hama province organized a march to voice support for the Syrian Army and the political program for resolving the crisis.

Participants marched from al-Traimseh and passed through the towns of Shezar and al-Jdaideh, reaching the town of Mhardeh where they gathered in its western roundabout before returning home. Townspeople marched in the streets carrying Syrian flags and signs calling for rejecting the violence committed by armed groups and expressing support for the Syrian Army’s efforts, with the participants calling on everyone in Mhardeh area to march and challenge the threats of terrorists.
